Sri Lanka activated carbon separation. At present, the machine runs stably, the equipment runs well, and the customer satisfaction is high. In the case, Shenzhou series LWS355 decanter centrifuge is used.

Separation with activated carbon

After decolorizing the desulfurization solution with activated carbon, the activated carbon is separated by separation equipment

1. After separation, the clear liquid is clear and transparent without any suspended impurities, and the solid moisture content is less than 50%;

2. The equipment must be sealed without odor overflow;
3. The equipment must discharge solid materials automatically, with low labor intensity;
4. The equipment is easy to clean and cannot be washed with water (it can be washed with filtered clear liquid);
5. It can be operated continuously or intermittently. The mass of activated carbon and other impurities discharged each time is about 0.5-1 ton;
6. The desulfurization liquid is alkaline, and the content of by salt in the desulfurization liquid is high and corrosive;
7. Convenient equipment maintenance and low operation cost;
