Sludge harmless disposal requires action

First, the illegal reception and disposal of sludge has caused a large area and serious soil pollution; Second, sewage treatment and collection are not in place, and domestic sewage is discharged directly and overflowed frequently, affecting the water environment; Third, the construction of sewage treatment supporting facilities lags behind, and domestic sewage is directly discharged for a long time to pollute the environment.

As a typical notification, sludge problem can be regarded as the field of water treatment and solid waste treatment, and it also endangers the health of soil environment to a great extent. In this bulletin, the first thing that comes into view is the typical case of illegal sludge reception and disposal. It can be seen that environmental inspectors also pay special attention to sludge treatment and disposal. The harmless disposal of sludge needs not the effort of mouth, but a giant at the foot.

About a year ago, it was mentioned in the development plan for urban sewage treatment and resource utilization in the 14th five year plan issued by the national development and Reform Commission that the harmless disposal rate of urban sludge will reach 90% or more by 2025, and it is required to fully realize the harmless disposal of sludge by 2035.

In this context, it should be noted that the environmental pollution caused by the disorderly reception and disposal of sludge in China is becoming increasingly prominent, the harmless level of sludge needs to be improved, and the resource-based disposal of sludge should be further realized.

In fact, from the perspective of capital, sludge is also a tool for "making money", which should not be regarded as a "by-product" of 0 value. As long as we break through the bottleneck of technology, we will see "Jinshan and Yinshan". "Green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains". This sentence is true. On the contrary, it gives a research idea for future development.

Moreover, at present, China's sludge treatment and disposal technology has made great progress. On the premise of paving the way, the idea of problem-solving is naturally on the road of simplification. In terms of current development, sludge disposal schemes have been provided with various technical means such as drying and composting, and sludge drying is becoming the mainstream of sludge treatment and disposal because of its advantages in reduction and recycling.

In the important branch of sludge drying, there is still much room for expansion.

Natural drying, thermal drying, high-temperature drying, low-temperature drying and other different drying methods, who can guarantee when the next new drying method will appear? The existing drying methods are not without defects. Natural drying requires a large floor area and will produce odor pollution; Although low-temperature drying can more effectively overcome many bottlenecks in sludge treatment, it also makes many users hesitate in terms of price setting

There are great directions for tackling key technical problems. It seems that the ways of sludge "turning waste into treasure" will also be enriched. It is obviously not worth the loss to discard the sludge at will or cause unnecessary environmental pollution.
