Sewage treatment is a problem that many enterprises will consider when building factories, so it is very important to master the process flow of sewage treatment. Let's introduce the process flow of sewage treatment.

Introduction to the process flow of sewage treatment

A. The sewage from the kitchen and restaurant enters the oil separator first, and then enters the regulating tank after removing large particles and oil slick.

B. Automatic grid: grid is set to remove large particulate matter and large particulate impurities in sewage, so as to ensure the continuous operation of subsequent treatment devices, and grid slag is treated manually on a regular basis.

C. After removing floating debris, the sewage enters the regulating tank, and a submersible sewage pump is set in the regulating tank to lift the sewage; A mixing system is set in the regulating tank for mixing to prevent dirt precipitation.

D. The primary sedimentation tank is used to precipitate and remove the inorganic particles in the sewage to reduce the subsequent treatment load.

E. Anoxic reaction tank is adopted. Under anoxic conditions, organic pollutants are hydrolyzed and acidified under the action of microorganisms, and hydrolyzed from high molecular weight fats and proteins to small molecular weight organic pollutants such as fatty acids and alcohols. On the other hand, the anoxic reaction tank can control the oxygen supply according to the needs of seasonal process operation, so that the tank can be used as anoxic tank or aerobic tank, so as to achieve flexible operation control, And ensure that the treatment effect meets the treatment requirements.

F. The biochemical treatment part adopts the contact aerobic treatment process, which is a widely used and mature treatment process scheme. This scheme has a high removal rate of organic pollutants, which can not only effectively reduce BOD5, but also effectively remove ammonia nitrogen. The biological contact oxidation tank is adopted. The biofilm in the tank has a large surface area, can adsorb a large amount of organic matter in wastewater, and has strong oxidation capacity. While the organic matter is decomposed, the organism of microorganisms is growing and reproducing, that is, increasing the number of biofilms. Due to the aging and death of microorganisms on the biofilm, the biofilm will fall off from the surface of the filter material and then flow out of the tank with the wastewater. Due to the adsorption of biofilm, a thin water layer is often attached to its surface. The organic matter in the water is oxidized by the biofilm, and its concentration is much lower than that in the influent of the filter. Therefore, when the wastewater flows on the surface of the filter material, the organic matter will be transferred from the moving wastewater to the water attached to the biofilm surface and further adsorbed by the biofilm.
