If the temperature transition of dissolving polyacrylamide is too high to exceed 50 ℃, the flocculation effect of polyacrylamide will be reduced. As the temperature rises from time to time, the greater the falling level, so that it will show failure.



3. Be careful not to use iron utensils when storing and preparing polyacrylamide solution! Experiments show that when a small amount of iron powder or ferrites are added to the polyacrylamide solution, the flocculation performance and viscosity of the solution will be significantly reduced. Therefore, when storing and preparing polyacrylamide solution, it is necessary to select containers coated with resin carbon steel or plastic, stainless steel and other containers to prevent poor wastewater treatment efficiency.



4. The condition of wastewater treatment is related to the concentration of polyacrylamide solution. Different kinds of industrial wastewater require different concentrations of polyacrylamide solution. In order to ensure the efficiency of wastewater treatment, the manufacturer needs to configure chemicals strictly according to the practical situation to ensure the smooth play of the effect.

Under normal conditions, the concentration of polyacrylamide solution is positively correlated with storage time. Operational problems



Sludge dewatering polyacrylamide solution is best prepared and used now to prevent it from being placed for too long, so as not to affect the treatment effect.

For the problem of water pressure, sometimes due to insufficient water supply pressure, the dissolution funnel of the material feeder cannot send polyacrylamide agent into the preparation pool, resulting in blockage. The solution is to increase the pump to improve the water pressure.



During water purification, the concentration of sewage sludge is relatively high. At this time, it is best to let the sewage stand for a period of time, and then extract the clean solution above to improve the sludge concentration for treatment.



Adjust the operation frequency of the dehydrator regularly. When the dehydrator vibrates violently, it should immediately prohibit re feeding, and dredge it first for the next step.
